You will make a better return with less risk keeping your money in a CD or bond.

Last, we have hundreds of investors that we work diligently at providing positive returns to. 

Assets are performing well and hopefully in 4-6 years things will level off and we’ll see our return along the way at some point or at disposition.  

All that said, you are probably going to get better returns than I get in my safe/conservative areas. 

However, I've come to realize that Utah (the market I'm in) is a non-disclosure state so I can't find data on sales prices.
