Most hard money lenders are going to require 10 -20% down payment and then require you fund bring 10 - 20% of the rehab budget depending on your experience flipping (in your name/LLC you own), property ARV, etc.

Your best bet would be to hire a good property manager who screens well and knows what they're doing and you should be able to get good income over a few years.

The way I see it, it would make more sense to do it in house once I've got a little more money to spend on equipment and the ability to mail to a lot more addresses without missing a ton of calls from motivated sellers.Account Closed Thats low compared to some of the big name services!
