I am looking at a 4 bed 2.5 bath property in Pfugerville, TX that I am planning to rent out as a co-living space (rent by the room on Padsplit).

I feel like it would be easier to get bf out if they are both at risk of an eviction but obviously legaly questionable… I just want it empty :((Currently trying to get a hold of boyfriend for his side/plans/expectations)

You could either de-convert the basement before purchase, buy with plans for de-conversion, or leave it as non-living space.

If your plan is to own a lot of properties, then you are probably better off getting notes as you go.

However, for a primary, especially if you plan to be there a while then it may be worth the hassle.
