I have played with AirDNA and heard of Pricelabs, but how accurate are these sites with their estimates?

Hi Sal, As others mentioned, A DSCR would be a great fit as DTIs do not come into play.

For family-friendly rentals, include children's utensils, plates, a pack 'n play, and games.

Either way, buy and hold is a long term play and it’s not going to throw off lots of cash in the short term.

Its all about scaling you need millions in play in my mind to make this work..
