As others have already mentioned, LLC might not be necessary at this point because no attorney will be interested in taking you to court if mortgage accounts for about 75% or 80% of the property value.

I suspect in taking this strategy, you may get to a point down the road where you are in a much better financial position to be able to build on your existing property for highest and best use.

I was just expressing some interest in taking the same processes and model to a slightly different location to diversify and also to keep an open mind to keep learning about all of the neat ways people with more experience than me are having success.
