I focus heavily on the sell side and on the buy side only work with high net worth individuals so the newbie wanting a 400k multifamily with an FHA loan probably isn't for me. 

You're not in the position to be a cash buyer...as a former wealth manager, it's simply not a good play for you for many of the reasons stated above and more.  

Hello All,   I am not crazy familiar with the Florence, SC market, but was presented with a 4/3 in very good condition just around 2500 sq ft in the 29501 zip.

If you’re worried about potential eviction, structuring the lease with both applicants financially responsible is a good approach.

Right now, I’m looking to get started with bird dogging in Western Pennsylvania, focusing on distressed properties and off-market deals that could be good for fix-and-flip or buy-and-hold investors.
