Now that's some Aussie vernacular I had forgotten, much like "man that cars in good nick".On a visit in 2012 we had some USA friends in Adelaide out for dinner & when the waiter asked how her meal was she simply said "I'm stuffed", he smiled & walked away.

Am always looking for that creative angle in an RE investment that no one else sees, and gives you the hidden value for thinking out of the box.If you have time when here I would be more than happy meet and compare notes over a drink or a meal.

My wife hates it, though I answer the phone all the time except during meals, scheduled family time, or when out of cell range.

Love having a meal with other investors! 

Enough to buy a happy meal at McDonald's, super size it even :) It is not the number of rentals, it is how much profit and headaches they throw off.
