Can anyone recommend an investor (wholesale) friendly title company in Grand Rapids area?

I will leave a legacy for my children/grands, I will give away 90% of my income and live abundantly on 10%, and I will travel wherever and whenever I want. 

Honestly, brick work and re tuckpointing a parapet wall isn't that big of a deal in the grand scheme of things if you catch the work early enough.

I’ll fly to your 1 story 1,200 sq ft house and rip the siding off with a hammer and pry bar myself for 10k - save you a grand right there.
