That would have been known up front if that was the original loan product being used.  

I hope you all don't think I was trying to steal or be immoral in any way :( That is never my intention!

This active income can help me fund my retirement as well as help me get reimbursement for home office and health care premium while lower my tax liability.

My biggest conundrum now is I want to be my own GC because even when I play with smaller numbers they’re still out of reach for me to be able to attain this goal and afford the monthly mortgage with taxes and insurance.

You can also expect increasing HOA fees, and there may be some problems renting a property inside a difficult.You don't have any experience, prices are at an all-time high, and rates are also high. 

well if I ever make it to the Smokies to see what the draw is  I will rent a condo then :)  I am just guess but I suspect folks that go there want to be in the woods and hear the birds and maybe some local mtn views etc.. or some sort of privacy they never get at home out east were there is not very much public lands close to where they live in the big city. ????
