I never plan on selling them.They generate tax free income because these are in a ROTH, the taxes I would have paid in this income vs the tax write offs are severely in my favor.I can pull monthly tax free money out of this account, never run out of money as I can pull thousands of dollars in just incoming rent out.

Good income generator for both units and also gives the opportunity for owner occupancy.

@Richard Schubert As was previously stated, given your description of the area and the property, it looks like a property that was significantly underpriced to generate a bidding war (and get contingencies removed in the process). 

And it is true that real estate continues to be the number one source of $1M+ wealth generation in the world for most people.

Listings are truthfully the best lead generator, so you should be promoting these first and foremost.

So maybe 50% of properties have a pool but the ones that do generate 70% of the revenue.
