I don't like that they are empty in an area with freezing temps.

Lol, I left Networth back in 2018, just haven’t been able to get it off of my credentials... everytime I try and change it it freezes up, lol. 

Take food scraps home from the restaurant everynight, bring home leftover soup and freeze it.

I don't have a guide on this journey, but that doesn't stop me from scouring through every post and doing the best I can to educate myself to achieve a goal.So, inertia may be an issue for some, but if you dig a little deeper, it could also be a lack of knowledge or confidence in a very specific area which freezes someone from taking action.

As a side note during the last econimic recession, lenders basically put a freeze on borrowing or made the bar very high to quality.

If it’s gonna hit the tenants with an additional 200 a month electric bill or not work below freezing for example, it may not be viable.

Freeze protecting the water lines on an outside wall is easily handled with pipe insulation, and good wall insulation.   

IE lender can freeze them at their sole discretion and even call them.. this happened in mass in the GFC I bailed out a lot of flippers who were mid BRRRR and their heloc all of a sudden was frozen .. and you don't know it until you try to access it the letter comes about 30 days later..
