Remember you can have 2 of 3 when hiring contractors...quailty, speed, low price. 

Nothing you can do to speed up the court's timeline so just evict them & move on when you get your property back.

as for using technology, not everyone is up to speed.

Don't jump in with both feet as it's the fastest way to ruin your reputation before you have one.

I did find that the "infraction" was a 2018 speeding ticket (listed as criminal erroneously) that was paid before the court date, two of the charges came from a landlord who regretted filing in 2012, and one was related to a bad boyfriend breakup (broken car side mirror) 2014.

And to speed up that process, offer them a move-in special of 50% off their first month rent.

Read those two books that you already have at twice the speed you usually read.
