I did some additional research and found that these two properties are zoned single family homes according to Bexar County Appraisal District.

@Rollan Dizon  You've found a good information resource in @Ryan Mullin - he knows that neighborhood like the back of his hand.Irvington is a nice neighborhood & it is considered a "historic district" by the City of Indianapolis.

The key is to buy top high school districts, over fix, screen renters for school aged kids who will stay to run their entire family through the same schools.
