I was debating whether or not to go back into real estate, because I did not want get distracted from being an investor.

We could debate for hours on this one but the reality is, there is a cost to ownership (whether it's the cost of funds to purchase, maintenance, repairs/improvements, or cost to sell).

Many times the debate isn't really about the legality, but about conforming with lenders rules and/or consumer protection acts.

I'm 21 years old and currently studying economics in college and debating if I really want to transfer to UC Berkeley to pursue my degree.
