Do not underestimate them and their willingness to do whatever they feel they need to do to beat inflation and preserve the dollar as the world reserve currency.

We call it your Currency and it is equal to your 1) Time 2) Money 3) Knowlege 4) Relationships.Each one of these has a value and that value is different for every person you meet.

Any industry is saturated if you look at it – hundreds of thousands of people got into real estate, stocks, sports, teaching, investing, crypto, writing books, etc, before you did.

We could go higher on LTV if desired with certain conditions, but we don’t really need the extra amount and speeding up processing time was more useful to our goal versus a little more currency.

Let's say you have $1,000,000 in liquid assets (IRA, 401k, Cash, Crypto, etc...).  

We dont know if a sandwich will cost 800 bucks tomorrow meanwhile jersey mikes has it for around 14 bucks today.Ultimately the advantage of getting more cashflow and cash today generally trumps getting it back tomorrow because we dont know what "goods and services," we can trade those dollars or currency units for at that time. 

And they have a fiat currency.

Worth is were bought by investors.There will probably be a little blip in the market on apartments and single family while people figure out prices and interest rates and get over missing the super deals they could have had 3-6-12 months ago, but in the end they still need to buy and live somewhere.Still lots of cash around, so interest rates don't matter all that much.Probably still money coming out of crypto and stock market....where you going to put that?
