I am in search of a reliable CRM system that can efficiently host all my contacts, integrate with Google contacts, provide a robust phone system, and keep track of all my leads, network, and activities.

I would appreciate being connected with any reliable nonprofit REIA or Meetup clubs in New York so I can gain knowledge in this area.

I have some wish that at some point in the future, if a user points out made up data and attaches a link to a reliable source (NAR, case Shiller, neighborhoodscout, Rentometer, etc) showing the data is made up, that BP flags the post as being erroneous.

My biggest issue is reliable honest and fair contractors.

I'm starting to lean towards this having enough problems that despite the massive monthly cost savings, this program just is not consistent and reliable enough if this is your business instead of a hobby.

Make sure you have a reliable GC in place prior to buying a deal.

Would highly recommend consulting your CPA before entering into an agreement to understand!!
