Hi All,Does anyone have a good PM company they've used or are using in or around OC that you would recommend?

The more you pay down the more you own the asset like buying stock in a company, BUT your property COULD go down in value!

It will not replace humans in any shape or form, opendoor tried it, listing spark tried it, they are the two worst companies to deal with.

I get that.. but if your a top producer this is just cost of doing bizz to the title company orr closing attorney if your a one off agent you may have to pony up the money but to me it was necessary..

Look at the contractor company doing the repairs.

Scumbag company. 

Also I did inquire on a PO Box with companies do provide a service where they can scan all mail and redirect them.
