I can see the advantages of completing your own legal work (familiarity with your business, more attention/time/care, and saving money) but also the disadvantages (spending too much of your time completing legal work, too close/emotionally connected to the business, and not being an expert with residential leases).  

Your offers, how they are presented, how you communicate them, what terms are in there, the disclosures or requests you put all make an impact on how you and your offer are perceived by an agent and thus to the seller. 

Or you can have an assistant share the credential, so they can handle the communication on behalf of you.

Poor Ann and I were having great difficulty communicating with each other.

They want stellar performance on: 1) listing, 2) screening, 3) leasing, 4) inspections, 5) maintenance, 6) lease enforcement, 7) communication, 8) liability mitigation, 9) tenant management, 10) market trends, 11) technology, 12) move-in / move-out process, 13) handling/disposing of tenant property, 14) resolving disputes, 15) vendor relationship and management, etc. 

I don’t have any written communication where I asked to remove instruments but I did it at phone to person who worked for rest of thing at my home.

Our system logs ALL communication, including missed calls and attempted chats, and we have no record other than this one instance.

We learned the importance of clear communication and collaboration throughout the renovation process.

The project took too long, partly due to the power company taking 3 months to move service and poor communication with the county for permits.

Maybe they communicate differently but have good intentions.
