No thanks.I look at real estate as a lifetime investment, and hopefully future income for my kids and their kids.If you bought a cabin last year and already want to sell, you probably didn't go in with a reasonable expectation of the investment.  

I am considering the pros/cons of doing this without a property manager or real estate agent. 

I'm still learning, but I'm glad I started investing in more real estate.

If you want crappy real estate advice from and idiot call Dave Ramsey and tell him he won't ask any questions and tell you to sell your rental and move into your mothers basement.   

I get that sharing a house isn't ideal but some people love the house hacking approach.Personally, if I own one piece of real estate, I want it to be the one I live in.
