It’s a visually distressed house that will need a good amount of work but there’s potential for an ADU in the lower level and he owns the rental next door, so I’m hoping we might be able to wrap that into the deal too or eventually buy it, too.

Apart from opening the door to an electrical panel and opening cabinet doors, the home inspection is purely visual.

The quality and amenities are not there...except may in just the visuals.

I love the Bigger Pockets YouTube channel as I'm a very visual person and learn a whole lot better from seeing.

I like giving visuals.

I have six deals in need of capital partners, but don't have the time to make pitch decks that are as exciting visually as they are numerically.

Honestly, it would be lots of back and forth on this forum, or maybe a FaceTime with somebody to help you try to visually trace it around, but that's still difficult..
