Hey James, I'm sure you've found a solution by now considering this post is 2 years old, but for future reference here is what I have found as far as software solutions for managing a handful of rehab projects at once.Construction/Rehabbing Specific PM Software vs Generic PM SoftwaresWhen choosing your software solutions you will need to decide if you prefer a house flipping software that is specifically built for managing a house flipping business or use a generic project management software.  

In my personal opinion the seller should be aware of the market value of there home both before and after renovations and choose to sell to a wholesaler based on the convenience, timeline, inability to sell the house on the market, etc. 

Hi @Leonard La Rocca III welcome to BPWith a goal to house hack your option will be much better and tremendously more favorable.1. $50k gets you the house but leaves you very little room for value add.

. :) I wanted to go with Chase bank too for the same reasons you did, however, my attorney warned me that he has had multiple clients who had to go through endless hassles to accomplish their goals with them.  

With so many banks to choose from and me already doing thorough research, I was hoping someone had a personal good experience with a certain bank or an individual at a bank who understands our world.

One of the biggest red flags I have as a lender (who lends my own money as well as secondary market loan) is when a rookie tells me there goal is to buy 10, 20, whatever properties in the next year. my next question is how many do you own currently?
