I would not have known that if I hadn't did time in the Military(Also someone saying their Military better say they have an LES and BAH, if someone says I'm in the ARMY and I have pay stubs, immediate Red Flag).Someone says they get child support, or they get alimony because they are recently divorced thats why they haven't worked in 8 years.

So a gift certificate to Toys R Us would be good for a tenant with a child, but a gift card for Wal-Mart would be bad even though they sell toys and often for cheaper prices - the Wal-Mart card has a general rather than specific focus which weakens hedonic associations and simply is not pleasurable or fun.
