But, if I were a typical American, unaware of these plans, and unprepared to research them, then the fact of the matter is that I would not INTEND to use the money in a 401(k) to make lifestyle changes.I believe that in my case, the 401(k) has very little relevance, as I plan to achieve indefinitely sustainable financial freedom very early in life, which would likely result in my wealth continuing to expand perpetually.

Not sure if DCs expires with the Federal moratorium or not.I think you'll see a good number of states, particularly liberal ones, keep statewide moratoriums in place for the indefinite future.
