Areas to avoid would be near Cottonwood, near Baker, and Flower.  

West Hartford has some nice big white flower boxes that they use, I think I'll steal that ideas and use those out front.

When I'm in a bigger, nicer, place I'll say it was the spark of motivation.There are not many avenues to condo help so my advice it don't speak up, don't plant flowers, and don't sink to their harassment.

In fact there are properties right around it that are used for both, a flower shop, a tattoo shop, an accounting office, an insurance office all in the same type of properties right next door. 

The credit report came back un-scorable, with no information other than a couple of previous addresses, birthday, and 2002 as the year the report had been started.
