Hi all,My wife & I sold our duplex in 2020 and used ~ $60k of that as a down payment on a town home for our growing family (purchased for $345k, 30yr @ 3.5% in 2022). 

I would love to but with having a family my wife is not into the idea of leaving our nice home to move into a multi unit.

We, my wife and I, have written in the lease that we would be notified first and given the opportunity to purchase the house we are renting before it goes on the market.Our idea was to purchase it and rent it out as a single family home.

My wife and I grew our practice from our basement and we now have 68 employees.

wife didn't tell husband for two years during covid she wasn't paying mortgage. 

My wife and I a debt free and own 15 rental properties worth around 1.5 million (net after sale taxes). 

My wife and I are managers/members of LLC A and LLC B is member managed and the sole member is LLC A. 

Hello, I have 6 rental properties under an LLC that is equally owned by me and my soon to be ex wife.

My wife and I had a loss during 08 meltdown, so she now against investing.
