I am using a REA and he just sent me an email saying that the property is zoned commercial and FHA financing is not acceptable.

Collectively, the policies are also less expensive than with other carriers, and believe me - I have shopped around.Not sure if I am using the same guy as Jamie, but I'd be happy to provide the reference if you are interested.

FYI this is in NJ and I am using a VA loan so I have to be able to move in.

I don't know if the 580 will work but the amusing thing is (from my experience) a local Erie bank denied me for a multi-family loan (I had a pretty good credit score even then) and so I went to Select and they got me a loan...
