I have been learning a lot about investing in the U.S. but I am an American living in Thailand and actually came across an amazing deal here.But I am short about $50,000 for it.

Both will benefit from the flying taxes in ~2025 lol.Both will benefit from the Brightline high speed train in a couple years.Both have ports which cruises can take off from.One has amazing beaches and Busch Gardens, the other has woke Disney World, Universal Studios, and Seaworld.
