Roommates are great during your college years, but when you are a full grown adult working and living life, you don't want to be sharing space with strangers; I sure didn't when I moved out of my parents house.

The Pinellas County Urban League as well as many other community organizations have many programs in place for grade school children, teenagers through young adult.

A bunch of younger adults are renting more over there and I think will want to start buying in the area in the coming years.
