I don't mean anything against the sterling members of this site, but I absolutely wouldn't build my business around any "loopholes" in the law offered by someone on the internet whose credentials I don't know and who risks nothing by saying whatever they want about legal issues.

I agree with sentiment here that w/o a match you should find a retirement option that is more flexible.When I started RE investing in 2019 my employer DID match my contributions.

The paperwork to get them setup almost always meant my first rent check from agency would be about 45 days after lease start, so you need to float that.Tenants always paid with Money Order or cash, both required an actual visit to bank versus standard check that could be mobile deposited or ACH.Neutral:My tenants were not "light" on the property, but generally not overly hard either.
