Hello BP,I am looking to purchase my first multi family house, one of the areas I'm considering is Springfield, MA. 

I’m interested in multifamilies to smaller apartment complexes here in Springfield MO.

I've got a great contact in Springfield, an agent who's also a successful investor, and you might want to connect with him.

The market here in Springfield, MO does not seem conducive to cash flow, so I'm trying to figure out where I should be looking otherwise.

It seems similar to the Springfield MA market to me: first to nosedive and the last to recover.

If the bank were here in town, but the headquarters`was in KC Mo, and I got that verbage and bid, then I searched for that contractor here in Springfield and didn't find hide nor hair, I'd first think the bank may have a legit contractor from out of my area to come in and make repairs since it is a larger commercial job.
