Hey @Marc Shin, you could go either way but a single feed would be fine.When folks select the network they just choose not to share on a public network.I might look at the TP-Link mesh units.

Maybe they're afraid of sales pitched which is why they don't want to post publicly or just don't want their names on a public forum??

All good suggestions--if you find this becomes a bigger issue, one thing we have done in the past is offer back the security deposit in full to get people out.

For starters, the prospect passes our 3.5x income requirement, has a 700+ credit score but a few things that I seem to have trouble with is the management company that was on the application, I wasn't able to find any viable information through regular web searches, but through the Business public record I found an LLC to this management company which I found was created 5 months ago.
