Under what circumstances, if any, will the state or county (Jefferson) consider a manufactured home to be real property? 

Does anyone know where the Jefferson County list of properties that are delinquent on taxes are published?

College towns and inside large and growing metropolis areas are prime examples.

Queen Creek and San Tan are at least more connected to the metropolis.

I downloaded the transcript of tax delinquent land available for sale in Jefferson county Alabama and found several properties listed that from my research the person listed on the county tax records is deceased.

I never would have thought my Jefferson Park Airbnbs would be such high in demand.The best way to assess it is by simply searching your address and seeing the other Airbnbs in your neighborhood.
