Most municipalities charge a local license fee and a few are grandfathered in under an old law and actually require some testing for licenses, but VERY VERY few.

Probably an Internet Agitator re. the word choices.Anyone with a roof over their head for 10 years and not enough money to buy a house ought be greatful there are "Affordable" rentals for them to live in.It's not our fault America does not have enough good paying jobs for everyone to own a house.Maybe these agitators ought to agitate for more good paying jobs to come to America.Without us these renters would be living in under overpasses, and sleeping in the streets like the homeless hobos--and that's not right.Just my 2 cents.https://www.youtube.com/watch?
