I would not try and play in the gray on this one - keeo your marketing out of those areas.

I just hope that there's a way to enforce compliance more strictly.As is, the playing field is uneven.

I have an STR in Niagara Falls and it does pretty well based on the purchase price. 

There are a few programs that can do second position financing but typically underwritten based on your personal income.

The PM should really cover the $250 mistake, but I would base my decision on my entire experience with them.

I do think house hacking and small multifamily are the best plays at the moment. 

There’s also a scorecard that gets released based upon many factors.
