Some investors say it’s the perfect time to get deals done, while others prefer to wait until the new year.What’s your strategy for managing fix-and-flip projects during the holiday months?

I first thought about starting with flipping, but from what I've heard I think I've changed course to maybe trying to house hack with a multi-family home?

I could also use the HELOC for fix and flips as well.

They began their company, Magnolia, years ago as a house flipping business and a small gift shop that they still own and sell products out of.

i do know one female investor in beach areas of Orange County that sometimes chooses to add ADU on her flips and does well, but she is not hands off and is selective where she adds the ADUs.  

Southern Orchards there is a lot flips and renovated duplexes.
