Lynchburg is not really a "vacation destination" but it is a college town (there are several) and our Alma Mater has recently advanced to FBS level in football so we expected an increase in visitors to the area especially during football season.

As most pros in sports are highly encouraged, get a degree that will help you earn a living after football, because you may not be in football very long after you get hurt. 

Promised (fantasy) equity that fast disappears in REAL time doesn't sound like something to be encouraged.

This sounds like some kind of Law & Order fantasy episode.

I recently leased my upper 2-bedroom duplex to a football college student for the upcoming school year who now needs to drop out due to an injury.

We're talking hotels are booked completely out months in advance for certain football games. 

Or do you fantasies of quitting your job and running to full-time REI as an employment alternative in three years or less?
