I prefer to hold for high rental income and further capital appreciation, especially since the developer typically offers me 5-year financing at only 6% for the remaining 50% normally due at delivery.

I have a stainless steel package so I got a nice samsung and with tax and delivery and haul away it is about $560.For less than $100 more, I am able to replace with a new one....either way it sucks because the condo is only 8 yrs old and 8 yrs of usage isn't much for ranges...So my question is, will I be able to deduct ALL of it this year or is this some crap that I have to amortize?

My name and also the name of the person that has been an owner in the building the longest.I recently printed off the past 6 months of bank statements and went through the charges line by line.Pizza, groceries, food delivery, gas stations, Wal-Mart, ATM cash withdrawals, liquor stores, more liquor stores, and a sex toy store.As soon as I found this, I knocked on the suspect's door and told him that I "found some charges on the account that don't seem legit, the association debit card might be compromised."

The tanks are different.There will be a delivery service who will call on your tanks to fill them when they get low.Either way, if you live in Maryland, and you DO have a heat pump, then you probably wont end up using the furnace all that much.
