In the Reno, NV area, there aren’t many new apartment starts, and with tech jobs coming from CA, there’s going to be a shortage, which is driving up purchase prices.

GA is much easier to evict unpaid tenants than CA, SF has no hope for landlord.....

Hello,I hear a lot of "legally valid" reasons one can ask/force a tenant to leave your rental in the county of Riverside, CA ( for example: "you don't need a reason, just give 60-day notice," "if you're having major construction done to the place like foundation issues," etc).

I lived there for 5 years before moving back to California. 

I've been on the ground here since Sunday and head back home to CA tomorrow.

My ex-CPA has recommended buying a STR outside of California (I went against this and bought a 30 year-old build Sacramento and it is cash flowing as a STR/MTR hybrid).

Hi All,  Wanted to get an opinion, how is it to invest in Fresno CA or look for other markets outside CA?
