I am conscious of that. and willing to change/adapt if necessary. 

It has helped me to better adapt and understand my plan. 

Clearly, we, like most of us, never faced a global pandemic before but having the systems and processes in place to handle the day to day work, and having gone through the process of creating processes allowed us to adapt and change much easier than if we hadn’t.

Most real estate opportunity markets are created by a natural disaster, economic disaster, or local government failing to make their local economy adaptable / marketable on the big stage of competition.

This appreciation is largely limited to the major metropolitan cities (namely Toronto and Vancouver) but we're starting to see it spread into the suburbs as well now that Covid has forced employers to adapt to remote working arrangements.

Managers that are growing and adapting their processes to the changing times are going to be more efficient as well as more knowledgable thus saving you money and reducing your liability. #4 Proactive- Does your manager wait for stuff to happen or do they have processes to catch stuff before something small turns into something big?

The market is really hot for 3 and 4 unit buildings right now and we are just trying to adapt our strategies as best we can to come out in top.
