I'm new to this real estate world and would like to know where I should start bird dogging or wholesale and how to start should I call a agent or company?

The problem is the wholesalers and bird dogs are crawling through that little square like cockroaches.

There are some great deals for just a few thousand that would generate income but usually is accompanied by headaches.

I simply wouldn't invest there (or any other neighborhood) where I wouldn't be able drive there by myself, (or accompanied even) speak with a tenant, and worry about my safety or my car being gone when I got out.

I use this for a birds eye glace that I am up to date for everything.
