Echo what everyone else said, things didn't work out but how you threw everything at this, you have that which is so important.  

They allow tenants to fall behind and prey to their chosen deity that it will work out, which it never does.

There’s always a chance the lease option won’t work out.

You won’t get a “I can give it back if it doesn’t work out” clause.

My chat messages to them are still unread (1.5 weeks after posting).I am about halfway finished with onboarding at HostAway and have had several hiccups, but I think it will work out in the end; their customer support seems to be on top of it.

Is there anything you can do if their lease terms are not up for a while or is it just something that wouldn’t work out?

He filed for bankruptcy right before appearing in the eviction court and the eviction case is on an automatic stay.The tenant is still living in the apartment and not picking our calls as we tried to work out.
