Your market conditions will tell you what to use and what not to.

The shed or whatnot was never built to be living space so there's a step down to slab or the walls weren't framed right.

For example a new Chevy might be slightly cheaper and less reliable than a similar Toyota, but both meet all the minimum federal safety standards and whatnot, so I as the consumer am somewhat protected from that dial being jacked too far in either direction - there's virtually no chance that I can find a new car from a legit dealership that is priced so cheaply that is likely to explode on me the second I drive it off the lot. 

And if it is, I am located in Clayton county (about 30 minutes from Atlanta) and was wondering if any locals or previous locals could recommend a good attorney I can go speak with and show all my contracts and what not to.

I will line up contractors, get bids, schedule, do small items myself and what not.

I'm not against the national guys per se (they're all good for something - some are just good to watch so you know what not to do), but local guys know the local market.
