If I was going to double down it would be on the tenant that has been there 3 years, has an immaculate apartment, allergic to pets and smoke, has a 10 year history at the same company, volunteers in the neighborhood and has never missed a payment.

They pointed out" they dont have enough time to babysit all the adults in the community and they dont have time for it considering there volunteering for free" I believe they are too cowardly to confront there own neighbors they would rather just call on the tow truck....
