In my area of investment there are many of-turn-of-the-century properties that scream for renovations but those areas are full of rundown, abandon drugs infested properties.

Its described as warm enough for visitors but not warm enough for locals.

Its something about email blast that scream greedy to me....i keep my fees fair and low, and my buyers treat my good, so when i do have that home run 40k-50k fee they don't think twice about rewarding me...Id say spend that time finding real players.

I know many here will disagree, but every real estate transaction doesn't need to be a screaming deal.

the fact that you can't find anything out about them screams scam to me.
