Some people/ entrepreneurs will work side gigs for additional income after they have exhausted all available, and profitable hours that can be devoted to their primary gig. 

Like many of you, my aspiration to be an entrepreneur was fired up by Robert Kiyosaki "Rich Dad, Poor Dad", I have never looked back ever since!

As an Entrepreneur, not just in Real Estate, I've figured out how to do things on my own. 

@Eamonn McElroy is correct, as usual.The only thing I would add is that the net income from the SMLLC that the owner receives will be subject to Self Employment Taxes, which would include social security and medicare.

Social media will be a good resource as well to put information out about you being a new agent.

(They also have an up and running fund -- with social impact as a focus.)Let me know!

They do require much greater hands on management as they generally have very low personal social standards.

Post on your social media accounts, go into other Facebook groups and post, bigger pockets, craigslist etc etc etc....Always be Marketing and Networking! 

There shouldn't be that many using the service if you pre-screen well -- I rent to the first tenant that fits my criteria, so I don't have a ton of fall-through.I do also think that checking their social media profiles and check their references as part of the application process is a good idea, as well.
