I do like sailing, though.

I'm sailing through the CV right now with basically zero drop in income thus far!

We are in the process of litigation right now with our insurance company to try and collect as much as possible for damages.The experience honestly took the wind out of our sails for a month or so.

I’m in school now and currently getting into whole sailing!

Living near the ocean I have also learned that you dont rely on the wind to change to get you where you are going, you learn to set a better sail and utilize the wind that you do have.

This put those hight LTV & DSCR lenders on absolute notice that it’s going to be rough sailing ahead . many of those lenders will be closing shop and definitely revisiting guidelines if they survive the shakeout - That Sucks for me because I Broker for many of them , I had to stop taking applications for now.I hope it all works out , when the dust clears there will be New Programs available from some of these or some new lenders looking to get in .

Do they expect I'll be sailing off to Bermuda with their massive $30 instead of running the credit check?

All was fine, and all bills were paid, with money in the bank soon going for a nice sail boat.
