I would recommend advertising on the usual platforms (FF.com, airbnb.com) with a focus on bringing value to the resident while also being very responsive to any business to business leads that come in.

For your other investment, unfortunately we have to go by what’s reported on your tax return (net, not gross), so if you took a “loss” then there is no income to use for underwriting purposes.
