Boric acid is what you want for residual roach killer. 

I'm dealing with three challenges: 1) roach residue in the kitchen cabinets 2) floor under the carpet is kinda gross 3) still not the best smell in the unitI contacted a company about what they would do and they wanted $150 for just an inspection and estimated treating the place (cleaning all surfaces, ozone machine, etc.) would cost thousands. 

"Just Business" then feel the wrath of the bank, a lifetime judgement until you pay the residual, wage garnishments, etc.

Trying to get a conventional loan on a property where an inspector can discover residual damage after the fact could end up very costly.

powerwasher. that residue is hard to clean. i know because i used to have a small powerwashing business. there are chemicals that are harmless to plants/people, but super effective on that stuff.

lol, you are correct though, the tape falls off leaving dried residue that doesnt come off.

There have been extreme cases where the owner made a tax payment but a small residual remained and the property was sold anyway. 

But here are my 2 cents: if becoming a landlord is the vehicle you want to use to create your residual income, the sooner you start, the better.

On top of that, there is overshoot; residual heat that comes after thermostat is satisfied.
