I was recently in Virginia and only recently moved out to Oahu and am pursuing my license as well.

As far as I know, it costs about $15,000 to perform a cost segregation so if it makes sense in your underwriting, then I'd say pursue it. 

Hello BP Community,    I'm getting closer to leaving my day job to pursue Real Estate full time.

This has really given us a feeling of momentum to pursue real estate investing (rentals, flipping etc.)We recently came across a home via word of mouth that an older women has really let her house go (disrepair) and she is wanting to get out of the house as-is. 

Again 90% fail to pursue it as it is just a notch easier. 

Hello I am a new leasing agent pursuing my realtor license located in Chicago, and interested in starting in REI.

Since we are buying AFTER the school season has started we know vacancy will be a challenge until next school year and are hoping to get some leasing for spring semester, but have entertained the idea of AirBnB, but the following questions have stopped me from pursuing it:The purchasing/transportation/assembly of furnitureThings will likely get ruined (sheets, dishes, furniture) will my cleaning lady/house mom really be willing to go out and buy these things and replace them?

For my first investment, I am pursuing apartment buildings for passive income.  

I have not pursued an aggressive strategy in building my holdings.
