We have had nearly a 39% property value gain from 2019 to 2022 in the Columbus market.Columbus is a tech-hub with a growing population and strong job growth. 

I like the people I work with, and the office is a hub of long time experienced real estate owners, property managers, tax consultants and investors- great wealth of information.Recently licensed, and am now on the search to hang my RE license with a brokerage (no brokers in my current office to serve this need).

There are not major manufacturing or job hubs around the cities.

DFW is a major business and technology hub now, so I don't anticipate much if any impact to the Metroplex. 

I've often wondered if Tucson might have some long term legs as a possible tech hub, since it has a low cost of living, good weather, great university with sound technical departments and research and that liberal/hippie/hipster vibe that seems to attract tech.

But you don't have any major tech hubs in Ohio or Nebraska.

The rules won't effect PHAs outside the top 50-75 in size or so, so if that 200,000 person city is the hub of the area, its unlikely to be affected.
